We are pleased to announce that on 2nd December 2011 the Administrator's exchanged contracts for the sale of the business as a going concern with Waremoss Limited trading as Kamsons Pharmacy. We are hoping that the sale will complete mid January, subject to agreement from the PCT which we expect to receive in due course.
The Waremoss Group are a well-established, reputable, independent chain of retail pharmacies who are now assisting the Administrators, under a management agreement, with the day to day running of the Pharmacy.
With the help of Waremoss, the Pharmacy will continue to maintain the quality of service it is providing to all customers and business will continue as normal.
